Quotes and agreements are prepared with care and have a limited validity. All amounts stated exclude VAT. Periodic services and subscriptions are agreed for an initial 12-month period and renew quarterly with a 3-month termination notice. Our general and delivery terms apply to every quote and agreement.
Billing and banking
Our own services are invoiced quarterly in advance after delivery. Third-party products and services (licences, infrastructure, hardware) are invoiced upon purchase.
